Price includes
Vehicle CDW insurance service, maintenance and suitable vehicle for replacement the event of normal service, breakdown or accident.
Insurance Excess
An Insurance excess per claim is applicable in the event of all accidents where either the customer is at fault or where the fault cannot be attributed to a 3rd. party or unknown 3rd. party ( ‘Hit & Run’ cases).
Police Report
Submission of a police report is mandatory in all cases of an accident or any form of damage to the rented vehicle.
Premature Off-hiring
No off hiring for the first (Monthly Rental – Minimum 21 days). Pro rata rate applies after completion of the first month. Pro rata does not apply for rental less than 1 full month.
Other Charges
All Salik / AUH Toll transactions will be charged as per actual Salik rate determined by the respective Authority with an admin charge of 25% per transaction. VAT will be charged on the amount as per the applicable law. All traffic fines will be charged as per actual and with knowledge fee as imposed by the authorities with the 10%
management fee.
Mileage
Kilometer restriction is mentioned on above chart for a specified vehicle. Mileage in excess will be charged additional at AED 0.40 per km.
Replacement Vehicle
A normal vehicle will be provided as a replacement vehicle during service and maintenance.
Payment Terms
Monthly charges and subsequent renewals are payable in advance. A security deposit (Pre-Authorization) will be charged from the credit card. Release/Refund of the deposit will take at the least of 30 working days. Traffic fines is cleared the same day.
Taxes & Regulatory Charges:
VAT will be charged as per the applicable rate on all applicable components.
Off-road charges / Liabilities
Insurance does not cover off road usage of the vehicle and the customer will be liable for any damage caused and charges arising out of such case.
RENTAL TERMS
1. Unlimited Kilometers on Daily /Weekly rental. On monthly rentals it is limited and as per tariff card /agreement. Excess kilometers are charged @ 40fils per km.
2. Customer will be supplied with a well-maintained Legend world rent a car fleet vehicle, which will be used for a limited period.
3. The rental rates include with third party insurance with excess, periodic vehicle servicing, maintenance, road side assistance and accident replacement vehicle.
Full insurance i.e CDW (Zero Liability), will be available at the time of rental with extra cost.
4. Additional Driver – 35 Aed per day * no of days vehicle rented / 200 per month * No of months vehicle rented.
5. Personal insurance i.e. PAI is available at the time of rental with extra cost.
6. Flat tyre or vehicle without fuel is not considered as a breakdown. We may assist but an additional charge will apply depends on the customer’s location.
7. Accident insurance is valid only with a police report, without which customer will be required to bear all costs.
8. Cars to be driven within UAE only.
9. Payment: Directly by credit card and in advance on cash rental 3000 Aed cash deposit along with rental amount in advance.
10. On monthly rental, minimum rental period is 21 days. A daily / weekly rate will apply if the car is returned early.
11. 50 Aed delivery / 50 Aed collection charges per way.
12. Pro rata rate applies after completion of the first month. Pro rata does not apply for rentals less than 1 full month.
13. 10% traffic fines admin fee will be Applied
14. 5 Aed per salik crossing will be charged
15. Refueling surcharge – 20 % refueling surcharge will be applied, if the vehicle is not returned with same fuel as of check out.
